Our Values

Every project on your property, from a full outdoor living build to weekly fine garden care, is guided by a clear set of standards. These values shape how your Des Moines home is treated, how decisions get made, and why the results hold up season after season.

Safety

Without safety, nothing else matters. Your family, your pets, and your property stay protected while crews work on site. Careful planning, secured equipment, and clean job sites mean you never worry about what is happening in your yard.

Quality

Your landscape should look as good in year five as it did on day one. Precise installation, healthy plant selection, and consistent maintenance protect the value of your investment and keep your outdoor spaces performing the way you expect.

Integrity

Doing what is right for you comes first. That means honest recommendations, accurate pricing, and follow through on every promise. If something is not the best fit for your property or your budget, you will hear it straight.

Teamwork

The crew caring for your property works as one unit, helping each other unconditionally. That cooperation shows up in your results: projects finish on schedule, details get caught early, and your landscape receives attention from people who know your property well.

Communication

You always know where your project stands. Clear, quick, and consistent updates keep you informed from the first design conversation through ongoing seasonal care, so questions get answered fast and surprises never show up on your invoice.

People First

Skilled, stable crews stay because they are treated well, and you benefit directly. Familiar faces return to your property, understand your preferences, and deliver dependable results year after year across weed control, irrigation, fertilization, and landscape bed maintenance.

Pay and Benefits Worth Sticking Around For

Your paycheck arrives on schedule, with overtime during peak season and raises tied to skills you actually gain. Paid time off, holidays, health coverage options, and a retirement plan help you plan past next month. Work wear is provided and laundered, and certifications are covered so building your résumé never comes out of your pocket.
